How to install Plugins

To install plugins on your ConnectWise Automate system, you can follow these steps:

1. Access the Installation Instructions: First, access the installation instructions provided by Plugins4Automate.  [Click Here]

2. Resolve Installation Issues: If you encounter any issues during the installation process, rest assured that Plugins4Automate offers various support options to assist you.

3. Support Forums: Starting from July 2018, Plugins4Automate directs all support issues to their support forums. To seek help, post your support requests in the forum that is best suited for your issue. When posting, be sure to include relevant information such as screenshots and detailed event logs. The more details you provide in your post's title and content, the easier it will be for others to identify and assist with your problem. The community of Managed Service Providers (MSPs) can also participate, offering insights and solutions to issues they may have encountered.

4. Support Forums Categories: Plugins4Automate's support forums consist of different categories to help you get answers quickly. You can post your questions and issues related to various plugins here, and both the Plugins4Automate team and the community will be available to assist.

5. Plugin Support: Plugin support is divided into two categories: operational and licensing support.

- Operational Support: This type of support addresses any issues you may encounter while using a particular plugin within your MSP's environment. When seeking operational support, use the support forums at support.plugins4automate.com. Make sure to provide relevant information like images, logs, and any other supporting details that can help the support team and the community assist you effectively. This allows other MSPs facing similar issues to gain insights and support from your posts. Additionally, browse both the forum dedicated to your specific plugin (each has its own) and the general forum for common issues across all plugins.

- License Support: For license-related issues, such as problems with expired or non-functional license subscriptions, you can contact Plugins4Automate directly via email (support@). Their team will work with you to address the licensing concerns.
