Patch Remedy for ConnectWise Automate is in it's 7th year and as of 1.0.4.46 maintains support for Windows 7, 8 and 10 OS versions. In our latest release we are pushing updates for Windows 10 version 2004 for both Windows Servers and Windows Workstations.
If your using Patch Remedy then you should have the update by August 18th automatically. If you not using Patch Remedy then that just might be your problem. Come check out Patch Remedy and see if it can help you.
